Litigation Funding

Indemnity against adverse costs orders
Insolvency practitioners face a personal liability if a cost order is made against them. In addition to the standard range of litigation funding services, FNH can arrange for an appropriate indemnity against such a cost order - thereby removing concerns as to personal liability throughout the litigation process.

Purchase of receivables
As an extension of our funding services, FNH can purchase the receivables of companies under the control of an Insolvency Practitioner.
