Insolvency
Practitioners

FNH
provides both litigation funding and litigation support services to
Insolvency Practitioners.
Litigation
Funding
This funding allows
Practitioners to pursue viable recoveries where funds may not be
otherwise available to make that pursuit. In certain circumstances
FNH may alternatively
purchase the debt and thereby underwrite the recovery.

Funding.
Indemnity
against adverse costs orders
Insolvency
practitioners face a personal liability if a cost order is made
against them. In addition to the standard range of litigation
funding services, FNH can arrange for an
appropriate indemnity against such a cost order - thereby removing
concerns as to personal liability throughout the litigation
process.
Purchase
of receivables
As an extension of our
funding services, FNH can purchase the receivables of companies
under the control of an Insolvency Practitioner.
Litigation
Support Services
These
services have been developed over many thousands of recoveries to
cost-effectively address all phases of the debt assessment,
investigation and general recovery processes.

FNH
brings "peace of mind" to Insolvency Practitioners. Whether solving
the entire problem through an outright debt purchase; assisting in
the litigation process with valuable assessment, evaluation,
administrative and settlement experience; or simply providing funds
for the Practitioner to continue through its own preferred channels
- FNH will always conduct its business with a forthright and
open-book approach.
Funding
can even be provided for an Insolvency Practitioner's own costs in
supporting a litigation. |
